Joshua O'Brien


With roots in fine-dining, Josh took his passion for delivering amazing customer experiences to the sales world. His ability to diagnose gaps in the sales process and manufacture a unique prospect journey has started hundreds of conversations and millions in revenue throughout his sales career. He’s usually the one to make RevShoppe customers’ light bulbs go off, and the one building quality, lasting relationships with everyone he engages with.

Ben Sardella


Having started his career 20 years ago as the first sales rep at NetSuite, Ben is a pioneer of the SaaS sales model. Along the way, he's contributed to 8 successful exits while holding several senior leadership positions and advisory roles as well as co-founding Datanyze and OutboundWorks as the CRO, both of which were acquired.

Patricia McLaren


Patricia runs RevShoppe’s customer experience, ensuring Outreach and SalesLoft users get the most out of their tool. As an early adopter of sales engagement platforms, she took her talents on the road for 338 days around 26 countries. While traveling, she developed RevShoppe’s entire copywriting process and training programs, focused on turning around traditional email methods and user workflows. Her expertise lies in facilitating change and bringing sales engagement strategies to the next level.

Jason Vargas


In the last 15 years Jason built his career helping scale early stage SaaS companies and sales teams. He’s one of the earlier sales community leaders that helped to develop the common practices and strategies we see SaaS sales teams using today. As an alpha user of both Outreach and Salesloft Jason has learned to leverage these tools to maximize teams efforts in creating top funnel success.
