Your Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Enterprise Consultant to help diagnose and solve complex problems and deliver extreme value to our Enterprise clients like DocuSign, Siemens, Adobe, HubSpot, and Twilio. These companies face complex challenges that require subject matter experts with proven situational awareness of distinct Enterprise needs. You’ll work closely with our Founders and your Program Delivery Team as we build, refine and deliver an extraordinary buyer experience for our Clients and their prospects.

Day to Day

  • Identify opportunities within Client’s Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove instance, and develop a project plan to optimize their operations, messaging, and enablement strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor who can carry Go-to-Market Strategy discussions with GTM Leaders while communicating how to execute on the GTM Strategy through your technical acumen
  • Maintain accountability over the entire Enterprise-level relationship between RevShoppe and the client - lead multiple RevShoppe consultants, spanning over multiple programs within one client relationship. 
  • Ensure projects are being completed on time, on budget
  • Drive change management & adoption across multiple roles and regions by implementing multi-quarter or multi-year roadmaps for executing, scaling and cementing sales execution strategies
  • Build business cases and articulate the impact of programs
  • Custom create project plans, timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps based on RevShoppe foundation and SOWs
  • Support the production of expansion with Program Managers
  • Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your Clients and Partners to deliver an extraordinary client experience
  • Hold Clients accountable to deliverables agreed upon each week, month, and quarter to complete project plans and deliver tangible ROI
  • Lead and delegate strategy while collaborating with a coordinator and copywriter to support you through your engagements
  • Continually improve your proficiency with sales execution platforms and industry trends in order to provide value and expert strategies to Clients

  • 5-7 years working in B2B SaaS in a Solutions/Sales Engineering, Consulting, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Sales Development Leadership capacity and comfortable leading GTM strategy sessions with C-level executives
  • 3-5 years using Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove preferably as an administrator or  first/second-line manager
  • Have been in Client-facing roles for enterprise clients
  • Experience in driving business objectives through the lens of business unit KPIs
  • Experience in driving organizational (internally or in a client-facing context) change that measures the net business impact of the change
