Your Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Consultant - Sales Engagement to help diagnose and solve complex problems and deliver extreme value to our Enterprise clients like DocuSign, Expedia, Adobe, Cisco, and Twilio. These companies face complex challenges that require subject matter experts with proven situational awareness of distinct Enterprise needs. You’ll work closely with our Founders and your Program Delivery Team as we build, refine and deliver an extraordinary buyer experience for our Clients and their prospects.

Day to Day

  • Identify opportunities within Client’s Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove instance, and develop a project plan to optimize their operations, messaging and enablement strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor who can carry Go-to-Market Strategy discussions with GTM Leaders while communicating how to execute on the GTM Strategy through your technical acumen
  • Roll out global sales engagement strategies and change management plans across multiple roles and regions
  • Execute project plan with Client by clearly communicating objectives, deliverables, action items and timelines
  • Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your Clients and Partners to deliver an extraordinary client experience
  • Hold Clients accountable to deliverables agreed upon each week, month and quarter to complete project plans and deliver tangible ROI
  • Lead and delegate strategy while collaborating with an analyst and copywriter to support you through your engagements
  • Continually improve your proficiency with sales engagement platforms and industry trends in order to provide value and expert strategies to Clients

  • 5-7 years working in B2B SaaS in a Solutions/Sales Engineering, Consulting, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Sales Development Leadership capacity and comfortable leading GTM strategy sessions with C-level executives
  • 3-5 years using Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove as an administrator, first/second line manager
  • Have been in Client-facing roles for Enterprise clients
  • Experience in driving business objectives through the lens of business unit KPIs.
  • Experience in driving organizational (internally or in a client facing context) change that measures the net business impact of the change.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global Enterprise organizations (client-facing), driving change management across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales engagement
  • Outreach, Salesloft or Groove certification
