Strategic Sales Consultant (Growth)

Your Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Consultant to help diagnose and solve complex problems and deliver extreme value to our Growth Clients. You’ll work closely with our Founders and your Customer Operations team as we build, refine and deliver an extraordinary buyer experience for our Clients and their prospects.

Day to Day

  • Identify opportunities within Client’s Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove instance, and develop project plan to optimize their operations, messaging and enablement strategies
  • Rollout global sales engagement strategies and change management plans across multiple roles and regions
  • Execute project plan with Client by clearly communicating objectives, deliverables, action items and timelines 
  • Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your Clients and Partners to deliver an extraordinary client experience
  • Hold Clients accountable to deliverables agreed upon each week, month and quarter to complete our project plan and deliver tangible ROI
  • Lead strategy and delegate while collaborating with an analyst and copywriter to support you through your engagements
  • Continually improve your proficiency with sales engagement platforms and industry trends in order to provide value and expert strategies to Clients

You Are

  • Experienced working with global organizations, driving change management across multiple stakeholders and regions

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows and intricate technical details, both internally and externally
  • Process oriented and love a good challenge

  • Proactive and curious about finding proper solutions 
  • Comfortable delivering on or before project deadlines
  • A team player and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership


  • Experience using Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove, or has trained companies on sales engagement in the past
  • Experience leading an enterprise sales or operations team and comfortable hosting customer meetings with high level executives
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales engagement 
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing
  • Self starter capable of completing a comprehensive self paced training program
  • Admin certification(s) — an advantage
  • CAPM and/or PMP certification — an advantage
