Your Role

As a Go-To-Market Consultant, you will be critical to the programmatic success and overall implementation and adoption. Creation and execution of critical workflows, programmatic build out, and a consultative approach to client optimization are key elements of the Go-To-Market role. You will work in tandem with your RevShoppe delivery team to create an excellent experience throughout the lifecycle of multiple programs.

Day to Day

  • Manage the creation and implementation of workflows and other programmatic builds
  • Identify and address any barriers to the success of the program 
  • Develop creative solutions to complex challenges throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
  • Act as the primary consultant for the optimization process, technology, messaging and enablement pillars for clients
  • Create and maintain clear client communication providing status updates, barriers to success, and action items and ownership to elevate the post sale experience
  • Solution mapping for both the unconsidered needs of the client, as well as items outlined on the statement of work
  • Custom create project plans with a path to implementation, adoption, and long term success 
  • Be a trusted advisor who can carry Go-to-Market Strategy discussions with GTM Leaders, directly showcasing how our solutions tie to client ROI
  • Coach and develop stakeholders and team members on optimized workflows and process to ensure adoption using various modalities 
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of program success and partner with internal and external teams to pivot, accelerate, or reimagine the roadmap to success
  • Leverage working knowledge of technology and RevShoppe partnerships to collaborate on solutions and pathways to success for all programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years working in enablement or client success roles, preferably B2B SaaS, Sales Enablement, Sales Process, or Product Delivery 
  • High acumen in managing multiple, complex work streams
  • Experience in driving business objectives through the lens of business unit KPIs
  • Experience in driving organizational (internally or in a client facing context) change that measures the net business impact of the change


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global enterprise organizations (client-facing), driving project management across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales execution
  • Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and/or Salesforce.com certification
  • Training, L&D, or facilitation experience with proven track record of successfully gaining buy-in and knowledge transfer with actionable insights
