Your Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a linchpin in the relationships and programs we create for our clients. In this role, you will scale strategies for the most complex organizations utilizing a combination of your expertise and RevShoppe methodology. By developing strong relationships with our clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, you will be instrumental in the health of the client relationship and ensuring the long term success and adoption of RevShoppe offerings. Identifying opportunities for expansion and renewals, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience and contribute to profitable outcomes for our clients and RevShoppe.

Day to Day

  • Manage the client relationship, ensuring alignment amongst key stakeholders and overall project health 
  • Identify challenges outside of the program deliverables and build plans to expand conversation in partnership with Program Managers
  • Responsible for impacting expansion & adoption KPIs as well as ensuring that Program Managers are best positioned to expand our scope of work
  • Be a trusted advisor who can carry Go-to-Market Strategy discussions with GTM Leaders, directly showcasing how our solutions tie to client ROI
  • Maintain accountability over the entire Enterprise-level relationship between RevShoppe and the client 
  • Drive change management & adoption across multiple roles and regions by implementing multi-quarter or multi-year roadmaps for executing, scaling and cementing sales execution strategies
  • Build business cases and articulate impact of programs
  • Support the expansion strategy with Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your clients and partners to deliver an extraordinary client experience
  • Lead and delegate strategy while collaborating with internal RevShoppe teams to partner with you through the engagements
  • Continually partner with clients to develop an ecosystem of success based on goals, operating metrics, and long term vision

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years working in strategic roles, preferably B2B SaaS in a Solutions/Sales Engineering, Consulting, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Sales Development Leadership capacity and comfortable leading GTM strategy sessions with C-level executives
  • Have been in client-facing roles for enterprise clients
  • Experience in driving business objectives through the lens of business unit KPIs
  • Experience in driving organizational (internally or in a client facing context) change that measures the net business impact of the change


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global Enterprise organizations (client-facing), driving change management across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales execution
  • Outreach, Salesloft or Gong certification
  • Salesforce.com certification(s)
  • Ability to manage projects on time and on budget
