We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to solve complex problems and deliver extreme value to our Clients. You will be implementing software from our Tier 1 Technology Partners like Outreach & Salesloft. You’ll support the efforts to build, refine and deliver an experience that creates raving fans and drives extraordinary value for our amazing Clients.
Day to Day
Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your Clients to deliver an amazing client experience
Lead end-to-end Sales Execution Platform software implementation projects, from initial planning and configuration to testing and deployment
Utilize your in-depth understanding of both the software solution and the client's industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations during the implementation process
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges to formulate effective implementation strategies
Execute the tasks outlined and adhere to deliverables, action items, and timelines as defined
Assist in holding the Customer accountable to deliverables agreed upon each week, month, and quarter to complete project plans and drive change across the organization
Execute all email communications after standups, trainings, and checkpoints
Oversee numerous projects to adhere to timelines, achieve significant checkpoints, predict workload based on project schedules, and assure timely accomplishment of objectives
Skillfully handle conflicting demands across diverse clients and projects established on Statements of Work (SOW)
Carry out exploratory workshops to chart out customer usage scenarios on the Sales Execution Platform
Own revenue intelligence & Sales Execution Platform implementations as they’re assigned to RevShoppe from our Partners
Continually improve your proficiency with Sales Execution Platforms and industry trends to provide value and support to your Consultant counterpart and Client
Pass the technology Certification test within your first 90 days at RevShoppe

Experienced with Outreach, Salesloft, and/or Groove - this isn't necessary, but it's an advantage!
Experienced with Salesforce.com – also an advantage
