Sales Engagement Coordinator

Your Role

We’re looking for a Sales Engagement Practitioner to support our Strategists and Consultants in solving complex problems and delivering extreme value to our Clients. You’ll work closely with our Customer Operations team as we build, refine and deliver an experience that creates raving fans and drives extraordinary value for our amazing Clients.

Day to Day

  • Collaborate closely and foster deep relationships with your Clients and Strategic Sales Consultant to deliver an amazing client experience
  • Work with your Consultant counterpart to identify opportunities within Client’s Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove instance, and develop project plan to improve their overall operations, messaging and enablement strategies
  • Execute the tasks outlined and assigned to you within the project plan by the consultant. Adhere to deliverables, action items and timelines defined
  • Assist in holding the Customer accountable to deliverables agreed upon each week, month and quarter to complete project plan and drive change across the organization
  • Execute all email communications after standups, trainings and checkpoints
  • Responsible for sales engagement platform implementations as they’re assigned to RevShoppe from our Partners
  • Continually improve your proficiency with sales engagement platforms and industry trends in order to provide value and support to your Consultant counterpart and Client
  • Pass the Outreach Certification test within your first 90 days at RevShoppe

  • Experience with Outreach or Salesloft - an advantage
  • Experience with – an advantage


  • Experience using Outreach, SalesLoft, or Groove, or has trained companies on sales engagement in the past
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales engagement
  • Experience in a client facing role and comfortable leading client meetings with high level executives
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing
  • Experience with – an advantage
  • Self starter capable of completing a comprehensive self paced training program
  • Strategist will follow an onboarding project with weekly milestones
