Strategic Account Manager

Your Role

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to help build and scale our sales function. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide to deliver extreme impact. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our services roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback to drive improvement. Day to Day

  • Proactive prospect and identify opportunities within Groove, Outreach or SalesLoft clients, and develop project plans to optimize their sales execution strategies
  • Educate customers on the value of RevShoppe in a consultative way
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across relevant departments within your accounts
  • Meet or exceed your quota 
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate your deep understanding of their business 
  • Collaborate with our Program Delivery Team to ensure an extraordinary customer experience with special emphasis on up-sell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities
  • Improve your proficiency with digital transformation strategies and industry trends in order to provide value and expert strategies to prospects and clients

  • 7+ years of direct, closing experience selling B2B SaaS and services
  • 5+ years using Outreach, Salesloft, Clari or Gong
  • Experience selling complex solutions and services to revenue and finance executives
  • Experience navigating and working within global organizations, driving change management across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Experience in a startup environment - highly preferred
